Previously, we debunked some common myths about holographic wellness technology. If you missed out on it, click here to read about this revolutionary technology and its amazing ability to heal and energize the human body without use of chemicals, drugs or needles.
Despite ongoing research proving the authenticity of holographic wellness products, there are still sceptics who dismiss this technology as nothing more than a placebo effect because they do not have a full understanding of how holographic wellness technology works.
This article is the first of a two-part series where we will be discussing in greater detail about how holographic wellness technology taps on the ancient knowledge of acupuncture to provide users with multiple health benefits. In the following article, we will talk about scalar wave technology and how holographic data discs are able to relieve pain and inflammation.
After reading these two articles, you will have a better understanding of how holographic wellness technology works and why it is serves as a viable alternative to conventional medicine.
What Is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture, an ancient needle-based treatment often utilised for pain relief, is also used to treat other conditions such as insomnia and substance addiction. Holographic wellness technology uses our understanding of acupoints to provide wellness benefits. Acupuncture is still widely practised across the world today, even though it is believed to have originated 2000 years ago.
According to a study done by the National Health Statistics in 2015, the number of acupuncture users in the U.S. grew from 2.13 million in 2002 to 3.48 million in 2012. With a 38.7% increase in American users over a decade, there is growing confidence in acupuncture among Westerners today.
So how does acupuncture work?
Thin needles are inserted into the skin at various meridian points. The meridian system, a Traditional Chinese medicine concept used in acupuncture, is a network of meridian points located throughout the body. By stimulating a particular meridian point, it encourages smooth flow of life energy, which promotes better wellbeing.
Acupuncture has also been proven to be effective in enhancing one’s health, as seen in a 2013 study conducted by Benson Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine.
Participants enrolled in the wellness centre’s acupuncture program were asked to evaluate the effects of acupuncture on their health and wellbeing after completing more than ten acupuncture sessions.
88% of respondents polled enjoyed improved wellbeing and none of the respondents experienced a dip in health after 10 acupuncture sessions. More importantly, 58% of those surveyed felt a significant improvement in their health and relied less on pain medication.
Holographic Wellness - More Than A Placebo Effect
Holographic wellness products work in the same way as acupuncture, albeit without requiring the use of needles. However, much like acupuncture, its healing benefits are routinely attributed to being placebo.
To date, there are existing scientific studies done on the efficacy of holographic wellness technology.
The University of Alabama tested the efficacy of holographic discs in a double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study. Participants were put through a series of exercises to determine each individual’s maximum muscular strength and their subsequent performances with a placebo and activated disc respectively were also evaluated.
The results of the above study showed that using the holographic wellness disc increased muscle endurance as well as lowered perception of muscle fatigue.
Living in the 21st century, technology has made possible new products and services that provide us with much convenience. Imagine how much better our lives would be if more of us were to embrace holographic wellness products!
