PC-6.

This point is used to relieve digestive issues, carpal tunnel syndrome and motion sickness. Located three finger spaces below the inner wrist.

GB-14.

This acupuncture point is known to reduce, headaches in the frontal region, the orbital ridge reduces eye pain, and help relieve vertigo. Located on the forehead, 1" directly above the midpoint of the eyebrow.

GB-26.

This meridian point helps with abdominal pain, Irregular menstruation, and pain in the lumber. To locate start at the belly button and move along the midaxillary line (an imaginary line running vertically down the surface of the body starting from the center of the armpit) to the outside of the upper ridge of the pelvic bone on the iliac crest.

SP-10.

Used for Gynecological issues such as cramping and irregular menstruation. Flex the knee located 2 finger widths above the kneecap on the inside bulge of the large extensor muscle of the thigh.

CV-22.

This acupuncture point helps to redirect the flow of blood and energy throughout the body restoring and balancing your health. Located on the depression at the centre of the collar bone just above the jugular notch.

LR-3.

Is a very common point for toning the liver which detoxifies, nourishes, replenishes, and stores blood. This point is known to have a calming and analgesic effects thus smoothing emotions. Located on the top of your foot between your big toe and where the 2nd metatarsal bone joins together.

GB-14.

On the forehead, directly above the pupil, 1 finger width above the midpoint of the eyebrow. This point is known to relieve sinus pressure as well as temporal headaches and eye issues relating to sinus allergies.

LI-20.

In the nasolabial groove to the left and right of the nostrils. This acupuncture point helps relieve nasal discharge, nose or sinus issues related to allergies and sinus pressure.

GB-12.

Located in a depression behind the ear; directly behind the earlobe. This point helps with headache, sore necks and tinnitus related to allergies.

GB-20.

Just under the base of the skull in two small muscular grooves at the back of the neck. Helps with fever/chills, stiff neck, numbness, dizziness, vertigo, headaches as well as issues of the sense organs.(eyes, ears, nose, tongue)

CV-22.

Helps to redirect the flow of blood and energy throughout the body restoring balance and health, particularly the female hormonal system. Located at the base of the throat in the depression at the centre of the collar bone just above the jugular notch.

CV-4.

Research shows that this point is used to influence the production and circulation of hormones in the body. Located in the pubic region one-third of the way between the navel and the pelvic region.

GV-16.

Appears to facilitate improved mental function and works with BL-23 in normalizing hormone levels. Located on the back of the neck directly below the saucer-shaped bone that forms the back of the skull (occipital protuberance).

BL-23.

Using this point in conjunction with CV-16 has been shown to increase oestrogen, which helps with osteoporosis and may aid endocrine function as well as normalize hormone levels. Located on the lower back 2 finger widths to the left of the second Lumbar vertebra L2.

SP-21.

This point is known to regulate energy and blood as well as benefitting the chest, tendons and bones. Located on the side of the chest wall, 6 finger-widths directly under the center of the armpit.

ST-18.

This acupuncture point is known to benefit and free the chest. Located directly below the nipple, at the base of the pectoral muscle, in the 5th intercostal space.

CV-6.

Is an important point for the building, storing and deploying of energy. This point is used to help alter the level of key hormones. Located 2 finger-widths below the belly-button.

CV-4.

Research shows that this point is used to influence the production and circulation of hormones in the body. Located in the pubic region one-third of the way down between your navel and pelvic region

HE-7.

Helps relieve insomnia, muddled thinking, anxiety, and worry. Located 2 finger widths from the crease in the palm side of the wrist in the depression on the inside of the tendon.

GB-12.

This acupuncture point is known to naturally relieve insomnia and anxiety. Located behind the ear along the depression area.

KI-3.

Known to help with insomnia as well as frequent urination. Located on the inside of the ankle between the medial malleolus and Achilles Tendon.

LR-3.

Known as a calming point for anger, irritability, insomnia, and anxiety. Located on the top of your foot in the hollow depression between your big toe and where the 2nd metatarsal bone joins together.

ST-36.

Known to strengthen the whole body, for greater power, better coordination, circulation, and balance. Located on each leg four finger-widths below the kneecap, one finger width to the outside of the shinbone.

PC-6.

Helps to balance and improve the flow of energy as well as maximize endurance and increase agility. Located 2 finger widths above the wrist break.
